Website content
The site provides general information about web development services and a way to contact us. Content is provided for general information and may change as services evolve. It is not legal, financial, security, or regulatory advice.
Project inquiries
Sending a contact or referral form does not create a client relationship or require either party to begin a project. A project starts only after scope, responsibilities, pricing, and applicable terms are accepted by the parties.
Online checkout
The homepage may offer a single-page website package at the price displayed at checkout. Stripe processes the payment. The deliverables, schedule, client responsibilities, revision terms, and any exclusions must be confirmed in the project documentation associated with the purchase. If the checkout and project documentation conflict, the accepted project documentation controls.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts service. Do not submit confidential credentials or sensitive regulated information through the general contact form.
Intellectual property
The site’s branding, copy, design, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Project ownership and licensing are addressed in the agreement for that project. References to third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.
External services and links
The site links to services and websites operated by others, including Stripe, LinkedIn, and project websites. We do not control those external services, and their own terms and policies apply.
No guaranteed outcome
Search rankings, traffic, conversion, revenue, uptime, and other business outcomes depend on factors beyond a website build. No such outcome is guaranteed unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
